Difficult to name a favourite track, however if I was forced to choose an all time favourite album this would certainly be up there at the top. I'm in the UK but it was a friend in South Africa that introduced me to Gondwana. Absolutely beautiful album from start to finish, amazing musicians and composition both. Thank you, it inspires me to become a better musician. rai scott

Free jazz in an elegant fashion, truly moving music. Coltrane's influence is present and booming and elegant. Nat Birchall's truly a great musician and band leader. One of my favorites. VUKARI

At last, a re-issue of this fantastic album. Nat Birchall is in top form. While his Jazz studio albums are more on the spiritual mellow side (amazing in their own right), this record is a showcase for his more energetic / out there live playing. An absolute must for any fan of Coltrane (John and Alice) or Pharoah Sanders. Torsten
